About the institution
An international online academic institution in preventive dermatology — focused on prevention, early recognition, protocol development and scholarly inquiry.
Education that strengthens prevention capacity
Bianchini Academy – American Institute of Preventive Dermatology is an online academic institution. Its purpose is to build prevention capacity and evidence literacy among health professionals, with an emphasis on skin-cancer prevention, early recognition and the dermatological care of aging and underserved populations.
The institution develops structured courses, standardized screening protocols and public educational resources. It supports scholarly inquiry and protocol development; it does not provide clinical care in the United States.
Transparency of scope. All education is delivered online/remotely. Certificates attest completion and estimated instructional hours only — they are not accredited continuing-education credits (no ANCC, AMA, ACCME, Florida Board of Nursing or other state-board credit). Dr. Bianchini's clinical practice is conducted exclusively in Brazil.
- International, fully online institution
- Certificates of completion (non-credited)
- Clear separation of education and clinical care

Principles of a preventive institution
Evidence first
Every public figure is cited to a primary source, and observed data are clearly distinguished from projected estimates and institutional guidance.
Honest scope
We state plainly what education can and cannot do. Our courses do not confer clinical-practice authority or accredited credit.
Populations that are often overlooked
Migrant and underserved communities, patients with darker skin phototypes, and older adults are central to our curriculum.
Protocols that travel
Standardized screening and documentation tools are designed to be adapted to the real context of each contracting institution.
